At EventDrapery.com, we strive to provide a great rental product for you, our valued customer. There are some guidelines that you as a customer must follow to make the most of your rental experience with us.
Please Note: Our rental customers must use EventDrapery.com for installation and dismantle labor:
When an order is placed, it is pulled out of stock according to the date you specified on your order form. At that time, we carefully and thoroughly inspect our equipment and/or drapery to insure that there is no damage: holes, stains and/or dirt. As soon as you receive your order, please account for all the materials you ordered, and please take the time to inspect the product.
Upon receiving your order, if you have any concerns please call us immediately! Do not wait until after the event to let us know of any damage. To avoid damage, please do not allow anyone to pin, tack, nail, staple, tape or glue the drapes. If you need help achieving a particular look please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you. Please keep our drape free of any soil including dirt, grease, make-up and paint, do not throw drape on the floor without making sure it will not be damaged. When you are renting flame retardant drape please remember that they are flame-treated, not flame-proof. They are NEVER to be used in the immediate vicinity of any kind of flame or pyrotechnic device. They must be kept sufficiently distant from heat sources to prevent scorching.
When you become our rental customer, EventDrapery.com must be used for installation and dismantle (I&D):
At the time of delivery, installation and dismantle, EventDrapery.com will be responsible for the product being used. However, as soon as we leave the location, we ask that you follow all of our procedures and regulations as stated in the previous paragraph concerning your responsibilities for the proper care of our rental properties.
All items have a replacement value that is applicable when not returned, or if returned damaged. EventDrapery.com. reserves the right to charge the cost of lost or damaged items to the name that appears on the final invoice. The ordering customer is solely responsible for all rented items. If items are found and returned in a useable condition a credit will be issued according to the length of time they were missing from inventory.

Returns:
All returns will be picked up by EventDrapery.com on the date agreed upon and stated on the order form. If the items are not ready for pick up at that specified time and location EventDrapery.com reserves the right to charge additional fees.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be done 10 days in advance prior to delivery and/or install to avoid a non-use fee of 35%.
Web Colors:
Due to variations in web browsers, computer displays, and photographic lighting, image colors of all items shown on our website may vary from the originals.
